Why You’re Not Getting Results With Your Exercise Program

In today’s blog I want to talk to you about Why You’re Not Getting Results With Your Exercise Program. I hear this from people who have started a weekly exercise program for losing weight or just starting an exercise routine. I actually have experienced this myself, you seem to be grinding away at the gym with your exercise routine but just aren’t seeing any results which can be very frustrating. There are many different reasons that you could not be getting results and I just want to share a few of them with you.

Proper Nutrition

If it’s one thing that a lot of people who just started their weekly exercise program for losing weight don’t realize is that probably around 80% of your exercise program for losing weight will have to come in the form of proper nutrition. The old saying “You can’t exercise off a bad diet” is so TRUE! Your body doesn’t know how to process a lot of the processed food, sugary foods, and all the other junk we eat on a day to day basis and poor nutrition will keep you exercise program for losing weight at a standstill.

You QUIT too SOON!

I believe this one is the one of the BIGGEST reasons Why You’re Not Getting Results With Your Exercise Program also. Think about it like this as I read in Darren Hardy book The Compound Effect, he gives the analogy that when you pump an old well handle it doesn’t give you water right away.  You need to keep pumping and pumping until water finally comes out. This was a BIG wake up for me also because it depends on your body type, it may take you longer than others.  This is the same way with you exercise routine, you are honestly getting results with each and everyday that you are working out, but it takes time to see your efforts.
