Easy Tips For Motivation To Workout

Here are some Easy Tips For Motivation To Workout. Finding motivation to workout can be very difficult at times trust me I know. A lot of people actually think that it is actually easy for me, well to tell you the truth sometimes finding the motivation to workout can be difficult even for me as well as many others. So whether you are looking for motivation to workout in the morning or just finding motivation to workout in general I am hoping that these easy tips for motivation to workout will benefit you. So lets get started.

Know WHY you started!

I talk to a lot of people who struggle with finding motivation to workout and I ALWAYS ask them WHY did you start in the first place? The reason I ask that even before they start a fitness program with me is because I want them to be able to remember this very reason when they are looking for the motivation to workout again. Unfortunately it happens to each and everyone of us. But don’t beat yourself up, this is another bad thing that happens is people tend to find themselves lacking the motivation to workout when tired, or motivation to workout in the morning, etc. Don’t worry about if you missed a workout or had a bad day on your nutrition, just don’t let those simple thing deprive you of the goals and reasons that you started.

Have a VISION or Goal

Finding motivation to workout can be tough at times for sure, here is another thing that I believe can help you is having a vision or a goal. I want you to imagine yourself 6 months from now or a year from now, how will you look, feel, what is your idea of you self image? When you don’t have that motivation to workout in the morning or whenever you decide to do it, take a glance at the future you and how great you’ll feel or have felt in the past. I know I have talked to people who say I felt so good when I was working out but now finding motivation to workout is a challenge. Also think about it what if you only lost 1 lb a week, in 1 year you would be 52 lbs lighter, how would that feel? I also suggest you post affirmations on your refrigerator or bathroom mirror as a constant reminder for you.

Accountability Partner

Having an accountability partner is extremely effective because not only are you looking to get healthy and fit but now you have someone else that is relying on you and is counting on you as well. A lot of people have more motivation to workout when they know someone is counting on them and will be there to push them. I know that most of the people I work with workout from home, but that doesn’t mean they are alone, my challengers check into a private online group everyday which helps them stay accountable.

Time is NO EXCUSE

This is honestly one excuse that really gets to me and the reason is because it truly is just an excuse. Now I know that may not be what you want to hear, but when you’re having a hard time finding motivation to workout you can’t use time as an excuse. I have worked 3-4 jobs and I still MAKE time to workout. We all have the same 24 hrs in a day yes I know you’re busy, but so are the many other people that are still getting the job done. You don’t have to spend hours in the gym everyday, you can get a very effective workout in as little as 30 minutes in the morning before work or after work whatever works best for you, yes that’s right 30 minutes. I never workout out longer than 1 hour and most of the time my programs are 30-45 mins.

 

Get Paid to do it

Would getting compensated for working out motivate you? It does me, and you might be asking what are you talking about? I actually do get paid to workout, you see I am a product of the product, my company pays me to be a walking billboard, so maybe this would be a fit for you, maybe it’s not, either way it’s no big deal, if it is let me know and we will talk and see if you’re a good fit for our team.
